Over Phone

1. Over phone investigation will be conducted after convenient time is agreed upon.

2. Investigation takes approximately 15 minutes.

3. Investigation is free of charge.
We reserve the right to use audio footage on website, radio, youtube or television. Your full identity and exact location will always be kept confidential unless authorized byyou.

4. Within 2 hours you will receive an emailed transcript with a few
sound bits.

5. We will conduct another brief over the phone follow up to write down
information regarding each message.

6. OPI will then compile the messages into a movie format with wavepad and text and email a private youtube link with the video within one week after investigation.
