Ojai Paranormal Investigators check out the Bella Maggiore Inn, Ventura, California! Known for its ghostly guests, we can say for certain…this place is HAUNTED!
This is Jo! (apologies in advance, I edited the beginning of the video)
In the beginning you will see that Cindi, the manager was showing us some of the hot spots when we caught an anomoly before our investigation began. We have no explanation as to why the video camera was out of focus. After video analysis, we found a female evp moan and then the camera went back into focus. Could it have been the Bella Maggiore’s famous “Crying Woman!” making her appearance?

Check out the EVP’s we captured during the investigation. Listen closely, of course!

We want to thank The Bella Maggiore Inn for allowing us access to investigate!

Whether you’re a ghost hunting enthusiast or skeptic, OPI suggests adding this stop to the top of your list when visiting California!

OPI Investigates The Bella Maggiore Inn, Ventura, CA

Before the investigation, Cindi, the manager of Bella Maggiore Inn in Ventura, takes us on a hot spot tour. We proceeded to the second floor and the camera went out of focus (it actually happened several times during our investigation for no apparent reason). After reviewing the footage we caught an EVP which we believe to be the famous Bella Maggiore Inn’s “Moaning Woman”…or “Crying Lady” that guests have heard on numerous occasions!

Right after the EVP the camera shifts into focus. Is it possible she was following our crew?

Stay tuned as we upload the complete video of our investigation at the Bella Maggiore Inn!

Ojai Paranormal Investigators check out the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula!
Room 307 is known for its famous hotel room guest, a gambling cowboy named Calvin and a young female prostitute. EVP’s detected a third visitor!

We thank the owners and staff at the Glen Tavern Inn and look forward to investigating there again!

You can visit our EVP page to listen to all of our uploaded EVP’s. We suggest using headphones to hear some of them.

During Jill’s introduction of K2 Meter, Brandon caught this green static anomoly showering down on Jill’s head, note that the K2 Meter registers this phenomenon. What was really amazing…we caught this during the day time!

OPI investigates Antique Store in Southern California.
The owner claims that protective spirits reside.
We believe we validated that claim when we caught compelling EVP’s!

Antique Store Haunting

On Nan’s 81st Birthday, we were singing Happy Birthday to her, when suddenly the candle “blew” out before the ending of the song. We tried several times to debunk it, but were unsuccessful.

We believe we caught my late brother George in action…he was the prankster of the family and always did something funny on our birthdays to make us laugh! You got us on this one, George!
