Ojai Paranormal Investigators investigate a local Funeral Home in Ventura County…Part 2.

This investigation stuns all of us…and helps us to continue collecting scientific proof that life continues on.

We investigated the Rubicon Theatre, (originally a church) in Ventura, CA. with guest investigator Susan to guide the way. While little was captured in way of K2 meters or EMF’s, personal experiences were.

During the investigation we heard what sounded like an echo of a child’s voice and upon reviewing the evidence (both caught on film and digital voice recorder), the disembodied child’s voice clearly says the name “Margaret”; Brandon’s grandma’s name, who passed three years ago. We also successfully captured several male and female voices but the one voice that we least expected to hear (if that sounds normal!) was that of of our investigators sister, who had passed away in February…clearly sending a birthday message to her son “Adam” on his birthday!

The Rubicon Theatre was originally built as a church and another evp that we captured told us to “look in the closet for a cross”, beckoning for us to continue our investigation there. We will. Thanks Rubicon!

Wanting to know if his grandmother who has passed still comes to visit him like she promised, OPI investigates Neil’s Ventura Beach side residence. Did we catch evidence that she kept her promise…we think so.

Ojai Paranormal Investigators City Hall Ventura Part II

The third floor of City Hall was once a Jail/Holding Cell where a woman named “Mary” hung herself from the rafters.

Guest Investigator Regal and Michelle, among other employees of City Hall, have experienced personal paranormal activity here including seeing a male and female spirit.

City Hall Ventura was best investigation to date. We cannot wait to go back.

City Hall was built by noted Los Angeles architect Albert C. Martin, in 1912 who also built the Bella Maggiore Inn in Ventura and Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, among others.

City Hall was once used as a men and women’s jail holding facility, and is known to have resident spirits.
Employees claim that they can hear key’s rattling and file cabinets opening and closing.

Joanne, Jill and Brandon investigate the 2nd floor of the famous haunted City Hall with special Guest Investigators Michelle and Regal, employees of City Hall. This was our biggest investigation to date, and the EVP responses that we found are the most compelling, to say the least! We all had personal paranormal experiences and there is no doubt that City Hall Ventura is HAUNTED! We can’t wait to go back! Special Thanks to City Hall and Michelle and Regal for joining us!
